We were visiting our grandson who is stationed in Sasebo with the US Navy and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the base. The area we walked through felt safe and was close to flowering areas of the city. The room was comfortable, and the price was very affordable. The staff in the restaurant and those at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. A Japanese-style buffet breakfast was included in the price.

The hotel was perfectly located and the comfort and cleanliness of the facilities were only exceeded by the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff.

While the hotel is a bit out of the way, it’s located by the major shopping arcade. The room was fairly spacious, allowing me to do a substantial body weight workout. No complaints about the bedding - the mattress and the pillows had the right amount of firmness and comfort.

Very close to walking mall and bus station. Open always and the lobby always smelled of delicious food. Very nice staff.

The room at the hotel was large. The mattress of the bed was less than average, but everything else about the room and the hotel was fine. Well located.

Good location for what I was there for. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfasts were as good as expected. Laundry room 24/7 a plus.

very near to the Matsuura Railway station Sasebo-chuo. near to one of the best halal kebab Queen Kebab pn the Sun Plaza. You can leave the luggage prior to check in and out. the room is spacious as it is an old hotel but well maintained.

The central location of the hotel was amazing no more then a 10-15 minute drive from the attractions, also plenty of shops and night life in the area.
